Torres Construction provides warranty on all of our services. Standard warranty periods depend on the type of project and are included in the contract agreement.

Torres Construction is unique in it's scope of work. We are structured to do small, medium and large projects for home owners. We specialize in design build which means we help you design your custom project from the ground up. Custom decks, accessory dwelling units, home additions, remodels, and garages are our specialty. Homeowners participate in the design process with Jorge. We use state of the art construction technology which includes building aspects above and beyond our clients' expectations such as intelligent energy efficient designs.
